Charity Auction: Etowah Baptist Church

meal starting at 12:30 -cost is $10 for the meal -call the church office to sign up (828-891-7153). The auction will start around 12:30(approx) We will have 20 or so items to auction. Items include gift cards, tools, furniture and other items. 100% of the proceeds will go to the youth for their summer trip. Mount Pisgah is donating 100% of our fee back to the youth.

Terms for auction: 15% buyers premium charged at all auctions.
All items sold at tag sales, estate sales, auctions, on-line auctions and all sales are "as is" and "where is" with no guarantees of any kind. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Announcements the day of the auction, or tag/ estate sale take precedence over any previous verbal, written or published information.
We are not responsible for any accidents of any kind at any sale or auction. You are coming at your own risk. Please bring someone to help you load larger items. Please, don't pay late and then ask for your items after the fact. These sales are time sensitive and that is why the prices are good. We will not have the items after the pickup time, but you will still be responsible for payment and legal action will be taken if you don't pay. You will also, be blocked from any future auctions. If you pay and don't pick up your items, it will then become the property of Mount Pisgah Auction Co. and we will do with it, as we wish. When you bid it, is a binding contract to pay for your items. Our sellers have to be paid and all fees associated with the sale of the items.
